உயிர் பேசிலோமைசிஸ் லீலாசினஸ்:

உயிர் பேசிலோமைசிஸ் லீலாசினஸ் என்பது “பேசிலோமைசிஸ் லீலாசினஸ்” என்னும் “ஹைப்போமைசிடஸ்” பூசணம் கொண்ட உயிரியல் பூச்சிக் கொல்லி ஆகும்.

பேசிலோமைசிஸ் லீலாசினஸ் புரோட்டியேஸ், கைட்டினேசஸ் போன்ற ஹைப்போலைட்டிக் நொதிகளை சுரக்கிறது. இந்த நொதிகள் நூற்புழுக்களின் முட்டை ஓட்டில் உள்ள கைட்டின் மற்றும் பிற புரதங்களைச் சிதைக்கிறது. முட்டைகளையும் அழிக்கிறது.

பயன்கள்:

1. நூற்புழுக்கள் மற்றும் முட்டைகளை ( மெலோய்டோகைன் இன்காக்நிட்டா, மெலோய்டோகைன் ஜவானிகா, ரோட்டிலென்கஸ் ரெனிஃபார்மிஸ் மற்றும் பிற வகைகள்) அழிக்க உதவுகிறது.

2. பூசண இழைகள் மற்றும் வித்துக்கள் நூற்புழுக்கள் மற்றும் முட்டைகளில் ஊடுருவுகின்றன. இவை நூற்புழுக்களின் உடம்பைப் பலவீனப் படுத்தி அவற்றைக் கொல்கின்றன.

3. இறந்த நூற்புழுக்களின்மேல் இவை பெருகி பல மடங்காக ஆவதால் மேற்கொண்டு நூற்புழுத் தாக்குதல் தடுக்கப் படுகின்றது.

4. இவை மறைமுகமாக வேர் அழுகல், வாடல், கிழங்கு அழுகல் போன்ற நோய்களைக் கட்டுப் படுத்துகின்றன.

Uyir Paecilomyces lilacinus is a Biocontrol agent containing the hypomycetous fungus Paecilomyces lilacinus. P. lilacinus is known to produce hypolytic enzymes including protease and Chitinoses. These enzymes aided degradation of chitin and related proteins in the eggshells in nematodes.

 

BENEFITS OF  Uyir Paecilomyces lilacinus:

• Helps to control eggs and Nematode (species of Meloidogyne incognita,  javanica, Rotylenchulus reniformis,  and others. )

2              The conidia or blastospores invade the nematodes and their eggs. It kills the nematodes by debilitation.

3              Multiplying on the dead insects after the death of the target pests, thereby paving the way for establishment of the fungus in the field and preventing further attacks.

4              It indirectly helps to control soil borne diseases like Root rot, Wilt, Stem rot and Rhizome rot.

 

Recommended Crops:

Potato, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Carrot, Beetroot, Coffee, Turmeric, Arecanut, Groundnut, Brinjal, Tomato, Bhendi, Citrus, Chillies, Banana, Crossandra etc.

 

POTENCY:  2 x 10⁹ spores/ml

DOSAGE:    250-500 ml per acre for soil application.

                              10 ml  per kg of seed for seed treatment.

 

                DIRECTIONS FOR USE

 

Field  Application:

Mix 250 -500 ml  of  Uyir Paecilomyces lilacinus   with 100 -200 kgs of  Organic manure and apply near  the root zone. Mix with the soil by hoeing and Irrigate the field immediately.

Uyir Paecilomyces lilacinus   can be applied before the last ploughing.

           

Seed Treatment:

Mix 100-250 ml of Uyir Paecilomyces lilacinus   with 50ml of cooled rice gruel or 5% jaggery solution.  Mix the seeds required for an acre with this solution to have a uniform coating of the Uyir Paecilomyces lilacinus   over the seeds. Dry the seeds in shade for 30 minutes. Sow the treated seeds within 24 hours.
